Shelter
The Haven Home provides emergency overflow shelter to homeless women and children awaiting beds at local family shelters. Children must be 18 years of age or under. Families are referred through Coordinated Intake located in the Bishop Cosgrove building and operated by FrontLine Services. We cannot accept in walk-in clients at this time.
To obtain shelter come to the Coordinated Intake Program at 1736 Superior Avenue, 2nd Floor of Cosgrove Building Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. If a family requires shelter after 8:00 p.m. or on weekends, call 2-1-1 to explore resources. Singles and families will need to come to Coordinated Intake the following day or Monday for an assessment. FrontLine Service and its partner agencies will work with you to identify personal and community resources which may prevent homelessness. Shelter beds are available 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
